Foil Balloons Returns/Refunds:
1. Please assess balloons prior to inflating them.
2. Provide a photo of the balloons, and the two labels on the shipping bag. One label is on the front and the other label is on the back.
3. Please message us via Etsy so that we can provide you with additional details for your return.

♥Important Foil Balloon Information♥
Be mindful that some letters do not take their full shape until inflated. For example, A "B" may look like a "C" until inflated, A "Q" may look like a "U" or an "O" may look like a “U”.

*If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the order. I will do everything I can to be sure you are satisfied with your order.

*All returns that are of no fault of Sol and Rock Party Decor will incur a $3.50 re-stocking fee.

*Personalized orders (custom design or personalized with name) are non-refundable.

*Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

*Undeliverable mail - If an item is returned to me by the post office due to an undeliverable address, You have 2 options:

1.Buyer will pay shipping to have the item shipped to a deliverable address
2.Buyer can receive a refund less $3.50 re-stocking fee, shipping fees, rush order fees, and a $5 cancellation fee for personalized orders (custom design or personalized with name)

Posh Party Bistro uses Etsy’s direct checkout. Through this payment portal you can use a debit, credit or paypal account. Please ensure your shipping address listed on your Etsy profile is accurate. We will not be responsible for shipping items to incorrect or out dated addresses.

Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail: 5-7 business days*

*Please be aware USPS occasionally has “in-transit” delays due to weather and other reasons. These delays are out of my control.

***A package is not considered "lost" by USPS until 30 days have passed

*Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Your order includes delivery confirmation But does NOT include insurance. Your order will be sent to the address that you have on file with Etsy.

*Please be aware that if the post office has to forward your package to another address due to an incorrect zip code or they've received forwarding instructing from you, the delivery of your order can be delayed up to 5 days.

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your order, Please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after 12 hours for personalized orders (custom design or personalized with name) will incur a $5 cancellation fee.
