Hello, my name is Ms. Andrea and thank you take a brief moment to read about Posh n' Petals. Instead of writing a paragraph I decided to write this " Shop Story" in a Q & A format based on frequently asked questions. If you have a question that is is not answered feel free to shoot me a conversation via the "Conversations" tab.

Question: How long have you been sewing and designing Ms. Andrea?

Answer: I have been sewing since I was about 8 or 9 years old. I started off sewing clothes for my Barbie Doll by hand. When I was 11 years only my Grandmother sent me her old Singer sewing machine and I kind of took off from there. I have been designing from this young age as well since I didn't learn how to sew with a pattern till I was about 17. 100% of everything I made up until I was 17 was designed by me.

Question: How are you able to offer such affordable quality pieces in your Posh n' Petals
collection?

Answer: I am a firm believer in doing what you love and the money will follow. This
belief has lead me to finding quality affordable supplies and materials. I feel it honorable to pass the saving onto my loyal customers. Also, one of the biggest cost factors as an artist is paying themselves for there time. In order to increase my production and thereby lower time cost I have greatly streamlined my process. I use simple faster designs and focus on quality and vibrancy of the material to make the piece stand out.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is due immediately. If we do not have the funds in hand then the item is not truly sold. Sorry we do allow the "reserving" of items in our shop. All custom orders must be paid in full before we will begin work on your items.
Shipping
We ship items every Wednesday and sometimes on Saturday. If we can ship more frequently we will. If you need an item by a particular date please notify us before buying.

Holiday Shipping Policy - Effective 11/23/2014

In order to help make your holiday shopping pleasurable we choose to respect your trust by not promising unrealistic Holiday delivery deadlines. Shipping delays usually double during the Holidays so please take that into account while shopping with Posh n' Petals.We do not ship orders after December 18th with an expectation to have it to you by Christmas. We will ship out orders recieved by 8 A.M. PST the same day. Any order recieved after 8 A.M.PST will not be shipped till the following day. We will mail out orders daily until the 23rd of December. Orders recieved after the 23rd will NOT ship out till the 28th as we will be on Holiday break. We do not offer express shipping or any other speedy shipping services upgrades after the 18th of December. No exceptions!! This is not because we are unaccommodating but because most shipping services will promise a Christmas delivery but fail and we don't want you to pay extra money to be dissapointed in them and upset with us. Delivery confirmation will be included with all orders but insurance will not be unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Please contact us if you wish to insure your goods ( This will result in a higher shipping charge cost to you.).
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges except under extreme circumstances and we get to determine what the extreme circumstances are. We want you to be happy so please ask all questions before purchasing your item. Thank you!!!
Additional policies and FAQs
If you wish to reserve an item you must also tell us the exact date you will be paying for the item. We have the final say on if and how long an item can be placed on reserve. Failure to communicate or pay for the item in a timely manner will result in the item being sold to another customer and loss of the privilege to reseve items in the future. We do not offer item Reserving from 11/23/2014 - 12/28/2014. Thank you!
