1 out of 5 starsDont order...Very disappointed...i never received. I was told I was supposed to ptint it out myself but I dont have a printer...im not even sure I received it in an email.

Hi Robin, I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. Digital files are available as soon as you purchase them. However, when you contacted me and explained that you don't have a printer, I issued you a full refund. Again, I do appreciate your interest in the product and will always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. (In fact, I was looking for your address so I could send you the files, printed, but Etsy hid it after I cancelled your order.) You can message me privately if there's anything else I can do.

I've never ordered a printable before. Are there instructions?
When you order a digital product, the files you purchased are available right away. To access your files, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
How do I print my digital products?
You have choices! You can print them at home, take them to a print shop, or to a big box store, like Staples or Walmart.
