Terrible shop. Never received any info about delivery updates. Was not helpful on resolving the issue and was not communicating when I reached out to ask about the status of my order. Etsy was able to step in. But I will not shop this seller again and I would advise against doing so for anyone else. I essentially got scammed from this store.

Hey so sorry, I’m just now seeing this, my store was supposed to be down at the time that you put your order in. I did not at all mean to leave you hanging like that, I just had a more remote job at the time and wasn’t able to do both. Now I can see that I still had people able to purchase when I had meant to shut it down. So sorry I caused you to have such a bad experience.
