When will I receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-4 business days and deliver them to your doorstep latest within 14 business days, depending on your location.
Where are your products shipped from?
We have more than 30 print studios located throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania, making our delivery flexible and fast worldwide.
Can I return a product I don't like?
Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm its status. If approved, we'll process your refund as a credit back to your original payment method.
Is Nbourhood available in all countries?
Although we're largely available worldwide, there are some countries we're unable to provide our products to due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, including Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. However, we ship to all other countries internationally.
Are your posters copyrighted?
Yes, all of our artwork, graphics, photographs, and texts on the Nbourhood website are copyrighted. Therefore, any redistribution or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.
