Announcement   The most important thing about this shop is what happens to the money from each sale: 20% of all sales go directly to Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan (www.cw4wafghan.ca). They are a registered charity that puts the funds they raise into their projects in Afghanistan, including schools, a small orphanage, village and community libraries, projects to help local artisans and much more. I love making things and the never ending options for exploration in clay and silver, my process and my pieces are constantly expanding and evolving and even I don't usually know what different processes are right around the corner.
*Please feel free to contact for any questions you might have :)

Hello, and thank you for coming to my page and viewing my items. I hope you enjoy my pieces as much as I do, there is nothing that I post here that I wouldn't use or wear personally. The purpose of my business is to donate as much as possible to Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan while leaving enough left over for me to keep producing without loosing money. It is not a business with the purpose of making a profit, I want nothing more than to have people use and wear my items and do some good in the world at the same time. Thank you to my customers who make that possible!

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
  • Check
  • Other Method
Payment
I accept credit card, paypal, money order and cheques. That being said, the payment must clear before I will ship, so if a cheque is sent, I must first receive it, deposit it and have it clear before I will ship. Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please pay within 2 days of selecting an item, if it has not been paid for within 2 days (or have been told that a cheque or money order is on it's way) without an explanation I will re-post it.
Shipping
I ship regular mail with due to the expensive shipping costs here in Canada. If you prefer a different form of shipping, please let me know and I will quote you the costs. I mail twice a week, and can usually get your piece to the post office within 2 days, once there I have no control over how long it takes to arrive. If you need your piece by a certain date, please let me know when you need it and I will see what can be done, if I am not told of time constraints I will not offer a refund if an item takes longer than you would like it to arrive...I can not control what happens to pieces at the border, etc. If you would like an item shipped outside of North America please let me know and I will find a quote for you on shipping. I offer insurance only on large pottery items, not on jewelry, please let me know if you would like insurance and I will adjust shipping charges accordingly. **If an item goes across a border and gets charged with customs fees it is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees, I will fill out the label accurately with contents and value.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is broken or damaged in transit please let me know within 3 days of receiving it and we will work out either a refund or replacement with a similar item. Also let me know if an item is taking an undue amount of time to arrive, I will usually insist on waiting over 1 month to assure that an item will not arrive before refunding as there are hold ups at the border from time to time (or just busy shipping seasons). If you decide you simply do not like an item, for whatever personal reasons, I will not refund shipping costs, and cost of shipping it back to me is completely up to the buyer, I will refund only when it arrives back to me in the condition in which I sent it.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please inquire about any other questions or concerns that I may not have addressed. Please contact me for custom items. I may be able to do custom items but I need to be given TONS of time, ceramic items take quite a while to make from start to finish. Thanks so much for reading this and I hope I have gotten to all possible questions!
