Payment
I prefer payment via PayPal, but I will consider check/money orders. Please keep in mind that I will need to make sure your check/money order clears before I can ship the item. If you would like to send a check or money order, please send us a convo.

If you do not hit 'check out' within three days, I may cancel the transaction and put the item back up for sale. Please rest assured I will try and get in contact with you so that we can avoid that!
Shipping
As a default, we ship USPS First Class Mail Package. The cost of shipping covers postage, packaging, and certificate of mailing unless otherwise specified. The certificate of mailing proves that I've delivered the package to the post office. If you would like insurance, or to upgrade shipping, please send me a message. Let me restate: we do not provide insurance on default.

Canadian Buyers: Shipping price includes costs as listed above and is provided by USPS as well. That is, packaging, postage, and certificate of mailing are covered in the cost. If you are interested in Registered Mail, it will be an extra $11.50. Please keep in mind that items shipped internationally may be held by customs and may cause delays.

We usually ship within three days that payment is received. We will notify you via convo when we have dropped off your package at the post office.

International customers: we may be able to extend our products beyond the US and Canada. Please let us know if you see something you want!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your item and are unhappy, please send me a message immediately so we can resolve the issue. At that point, I will refund the original shipping and price of the item as long as you return the product in its original packaging and unused, complete state within seven days of when you receive notification from me that the item has shipped. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to cover the costs of return shipping. If I do not receive the item, I cannot give you a refund.

Refunds will not be offered if the item is lost in the mail. Luckily for us, the USPS system is very reliable. If you would like, please tell me before purchasing the item that you would like insurance added. In most circumstances, insurance will cost at least an extra $1.75, but your price may vary, especially on international orders. Please message me for more information.

Since most of our products will be one of a kind, we cannot substitute for damaged goods. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please send us a convo and we will try to work something out. Luckily, the USPS is very trustworthy!

I really do want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me before you leave negative feedback. In all cases, I reserve the right to deny refunds and exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
