Hi There! Here's my shop policies for Prairie Dog Supplies.
Paypal, and credit cards with Etsy Direct Checkout are welcome. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards!
Payments made through PayPal e-check will be shipped as soon as the payment clears - this can delay your order up to seven days so please keep this in mind when choosing this option.
I expect payment within 24 hours of order placement. If you require extra time please contact me before placing your order. If no arrangements have been made and payment has not been received after 24 hours I will send a quick reminder via PayPal invoice and also through Etsy Conversations. If payment is not made within 72 hours of purchase the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.
Domestic orders ship daily but in some instances can take up to 3 days to leave the shop.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class in a padded bubble mailer or small box for larger orders. Domestic packages include delivery confirmation and your tracking number is available upon request.
Please note that any items shipped internationally cannot be tracked once it leaves the U.S., and I cannot be held responsible if those items are lost or damaged once they have left the country. International buyers are responsible for any additional customs charges that may be incurred. I do not change value on international orders to "gift".
Orders are shipped to the address on file with Etsy, unless otherwise specified. I'm not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are not current, so please double check your information before placing your order.
Shipping upgrades on domestic packages are available!
Priority Mail - $6 (2-3 days)
If you'd like to upgrade your shipping option please contact me vie Etsy conversations before placing your order so I can adjust the shipping rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact me via Etsy Conversations within seven days of receipt of delivery. In the event that the item needs to be returned for exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items being returned need to be in original condition and include all original packaging. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
In the event that your item was damaged during transit please contact me immediately via Etsy Conversation with a brief explanation of the state of your item. Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging in which they were contained and please be prepared to mail the item and the package back to me. Damaged items need to be reported within seven days of receipt of deliver yto qualify for a refund or exchange.
Custom orders on chain and chain which has been cut or altered by the buyer may not be returned for refund or exchange.
Although we will gladly send along proof of shipping, I do not refund items lost in transit if an incorrect address was provided by the buyer.
