Thanks for your interest in Prairie Plumes. I am currently focusing on bridal accessories to accomodate this seasons brides and their bridal party. If you have something special in mind feel free to convo me. I am always interested in hearing new ideas and helping you create your perfect piece.

Accepted payment methods

Please pay within 24 hours. Local buyers may pay with cash or check and are not charged shipping. All others please pay with paypaI.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Custom orders may take 3-5 days. If a special supply is needed 7-10 days. If you want insurance please let me know. There will be an additional charge for insurance and confirmation.

I ship priority mail 2-3 day anywhere in the U.S. unless other arrangments are made. Prairie Plumes is not responsible for lost items or items not delivered within 2-3 days when they are shipped within this time frame.
I prefer to ship Priority & am happy to combine shipping. All feather headbands must be shipped in a box and will be shipped priority.

Woven headbands and single items will ship First Class 3-5 business days

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. I want every customer to be happy with their purchase. No refund unless the item is returned. No refunds on items lost in shipping or delayed in shipping. I follow through on my end to ensure the customer knows the shipping expectations. 2-3 days priority mail anywhere in the US from the day of shipping.

*Care for your items: Store your items in a clean, dry area. Room temperature is best. Do not subject your items to extreme temperatures such as stored in a hot/cold vehicle or other place where the temperature varies. Excessive moisture or humidity will also damage your items. No returns on items not stored properly.
