Beautiful piece. Looks like I expected. It’s does not actually whistle very well. It makes an occasional whistle, but it’s quite “airy”.

I contacted the seller when the Canada Post Office went on strike and he was willing to not cancel my order. I like that this is a push button seal.

He exchanged this for the rosewood secret compartment when we were waiting for the strike to end. The seller honored their price tag since they had it for the same price at first.

I like that the item is made out of a termite resistant material. The look of it is amazing too. I also like that it is a salt shaker but also a pepper grinder. At first I thought I would have to get a salt grinder too but when I did research I found most salts you can buy in a course enough material to use in a shaker you can literally buy 5 pounds of sea salt at Costco for 9 dollars and use it in this shaker. It did not come with instructions but was fairly easy to figure out. While the bottom is plastic the interior you unscrew is metal which gives me high hopes on durability.

Very nice, thin whistle. Got what I was expecting. Very happy.
