1 out of 5 starsThe package was supposedly delivered but never received on my end and I guess insurance can’t be filed until 7 days after. I paid a lot of money for it to not receive it in the mail and I’m upset because I wanted to use it for a photo shoot and can’t. Now I have to wait to see if I get my money back. I paid and did not get a notice that it was being mailed, I had to reach out to the seller to see and she did not have the tracking number on her because she was out of town. The seller messaged me on the day the package was delivered to see if it was received but nothing came in for me and I waited 3 days after and nothing. Now I have to wait and I feel like I’m being given the runaround cause there’s no guarantee I’ll even see my $271 dollars.

The buyer was provided with USPS tracking, as well as delivery confirmation. The USPS has insisted every step of the way that the package was delivered. I explained to the customer that I was having USPS investigate the missing package claim, and that their process takes 7 days. She did not request a refund or replacement, but instead claimed the package was never delivered and left this negative review. This is the first and only claim like this in my almost ten years of operating. The client claimed the piece was never delivered or stolen, but she refused to open a claim with USPS or with her property management regarding porch theft. USPS has told me via tracking, email and printed proof that this package was delivered. They do not insure porch theft, and nor can I.
