I began my business in 2009, after early retirement. I had so many ideas & dreams about building my art studio & beginning my craft business. But, it wasn't until I actually started to "do," instead of "dream," that my craft business began to flourish. I must admit that it is the hardest job I've ever had, but it is also the most enjoyable. I cannot express, in words, the joy I receive from creating beautiful products for my customers. SALES TAX (ONLY COLORADO RESIDENTS): As this shop is located in unincorporated Arapahoe County, the tax for Colorado residents is listed as POS (Point of Sale) at 4.25%, which is the current rate. WE HAVE ONE OF THE LOWEST SALES TAX RATES IN COLORADO!
CUSTOMS FEES- Responsibility of customer. International customers, you may have to pay CUSTOMS FEES on packages, depending on the final value of your item. Please, check with your local post, before ordering.
Shipped to CONFIRMED/VERIFIED USPS/INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES, ONLY. An order with an unconfirmed address will be cancelled and you will be notified, so that you may input the correct address or finalize the cancellation. Please, make sure your address is confirmed. I will contact you to address any problems. Also, expect a convo concerning your SHIPMENT DATE.
Most items are shipped in 7 (SEVEN) to 10 (TEN) business days of payment, with the exception of bulk order items, which will be shipped on the agreed-upon date by the buyer and seller. ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, which is emailed to you, automatically, through Etsy, upon shipment.
All items are shipped via USPS: First Class/USPS First Class International/USPS Priority, or an UPGRADED shipping method, depending on the agreement between the buyer and seller.
Priority Express Mail is available upon request. In the case of an upgraded shipment, a listing will be created through Etsy. Item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of payment toward upgraded shipment. NOTE: All travertine/stone are shipped Priority.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All of the above applies, with exception of delivery confirmation. International orders have a delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks after the cleared payment. Delivery may TAKE LONGER depending on customs. International delivery confirmation or a shipping upgrade is available upon request, for an additional charge. CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS are the responsibility of the buyer. Please, check with your local post, as the final value of your package may require customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items(except personalized items)can be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of delivery confirmation receipt, for a full refund, with the exception of shipping costs. Personalized items may be returned if there is a mistake in spelling, on my part. Be sure to double-check the spelling of names and any text that you leave in the "Notes to Seller" box during check-out. Please, contact me through an Etsy convo, if you have any questions.
On your emailed receipt, after a purchase from Prayer Notes, you are advised to open your item, as soon as it is received. If you are out of town when the package arrives, please have a neighbor or family member retrieve your package and check its contents. If you will be OUT OF TOWN or unable to check the contents, please contact me, so that I may ship your package at a later date.
ALL ORDERS ARE TRACKED. Damaged items must be reported AND photographed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation receipt( I track each package through (USPS), in order to be considered for a full or partial refund. When you photograph your item, I will upload the photograph and send it to USPS, along with all of the required information, below. I will also report everything to Etsy so that they may review your claim and past claims. This protects the CUSTOMER AND SELLER from fraudulent claims.
HOW DOES A FULL REFUND WORK:
1. Let me know with a convo/email through ETSY, only.
2. Take a photograph of the damaged item.
3. I will request that the item be returned to my P.O. Box, which is listed on the shipping label.
4. I will request a working PHONE NUMBER, for the USPS claim form. I will call your number to make sure it is working and speak with you about your damaged item. The call will be recorded for my records.
5. I will submit your photographed item, name, address, email and phone number to the United States Postal Service, when I submit the claim.
6. A refund will be given when the damaged item is returned.
7. THIS PROCESS TAKES TIME, but it is necessary to keep all correspondence professional.

Additional policies and FAQs
The normal completion time for bulk orders is 15-30 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please, feel free to contact me concerning wholesale prices and availability. When shipping international on wholesale orders, I ship First Class or/and Priority Mail, unless we have agreed otherwise.
NOTE ABOUT THE NATURAL STONES I USE:
I use Italian travertine for my stone coasters. Your stone will have natural striations, color variations, chips and blemishes.There will also be chips within and around the edges of your stones. I purposely choose stones that are unique and imperfect. No two stones will look alike, nor will they be perfectly square. Each stone will take the permanent ink, differently, depending on its mineral composition. Your stones will not be perfect, but I hope that you will enjoy the uniqueness and beauty of each stone.
