Payment
-Payment methods accepted: PayPal preferred, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a payment through them and can check out as a guest. Please include your phone # during checkout JUST IN CASE you need to be reached in very rare circumstances.
Shipping
Packaging:
All items are packaged extremely carefully, fully protected and in non tear envelopes and custom boxes, I personally oversee the entire process - after all, It would not benefit me in any way if a customer received their purchase damaged. That is why each and very order is checked and double checked by two or three people before orders are packaged and shipped out. But of course there will always be the rare odd circumstance where a package is damaged by the carrier.

Shipping Process and Customer's Responsibilities:
All orders are custom made and personalized so that once orders are placed we will not be able to cancel or refund any orders. Once a order is shipped customer is emailed with a tracking number and name of either USPS, UPS or FEDX. It is the responsibility of customer should there be a problem with shipment not being received or damaged. Please refuse shipment if item delivered is damaged. You will need to get with your local USPS office or the UPS local office if a item is lost or stolen. Once we ship your order we loose control of the order and it is put in the hands of the deliver company. Please contact them if item is lost or stolen which rarely occurs but does happen. We will assist you in your efforts but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rates:
-Most rates are displayed at the bottom of each listing. If your country is not displayed, please contact me for a quote and I can manually add your country at that time.

Schedule:
-I normally ship all items within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. If you need the item faster, please let me know in the note section at checkout and I will ship on the following business day. If you need an expedited service, please email me for a quote PRIOR to purchasing.

Carrier and Transit Time:
-USA: via USPS, UPS Ground, 1-6 business days transit time depending on your proximity to SC. If purchasing more then 1 item. Please email me with the items you are interested in for a combined quote prior to purchase if you are unsure.

-Many countries do have size limits and the only possible way to ship a larger piece is with my forwarder using FedEx and DHL. Please e-mail me with your country and postal code for shipping info on a particular artwork

Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fess
- International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in country. Always include your phone # when checking out with PayPal as phone #'s are required for shipping labels and customs forms IN CASE your local carrier needs to reach you upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Loss in shipping: Normally there is never a problem with loss or damage in shippment. All items are packaged carefully and taken to my local USPS or picked up by UPS. A tracking number is issued and email to each and every customer upon shipment. Once a item is shipped it is the responsibility of the customer to check with their local USPS if a package is not recieved. I cannot be responsible for theft or loss. Once I package and ship an order I cannot be held responsible for something that is out of my control. I will do evething possible to assist should this ever occur.
All items are packaged carefully, fully protected and in custom made boxes/ Bubble protected envelopes, and though I rarely get any damage, anything is of course possible. In case of damage during shipping, please refuse shipment or contact your local USPS/UPS office as soon as you receive the shipment.

Returns: All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual PC monitor hues make it impossible for every item to look EXACTLY the same on every PC. All sales are final and will not be able to cancel since they are custom made per each order. Returns are not accepted since most items are custom made and personalized to customers specifications. I try to work with every customer to resolve any issues that may arise.
