How long will it take to ship my order?

Each item has it's own processing time. If you need your item quickly let us know! We can try and make sure that you get it on time for a con, party, or any occasion. But please message us before you place your order so we can see about making it happen!

Due to order volume we tend to choose one day a week as our ship-day. If your order is due to ship the day of or any week-days after the ship-day it's likely to ship the following ship-day instead. Please keep this in-mind when placing an order.

It's also worth noting that on larger order such as swords, large guns and customer it may take longer than the item's suggested processing time. Please keep this in-mind when placing an order since refunds cannot be given after a certain time.

Custom and personalized orders

We do do custom orders, Michael is a full service prop, accessories, wig, and costume commissioner. Including light up props or costumes, props that can make sound, custom 3D prints, etc. We have 3D printers and a laser cutter on site. We don't outsource any of our products. Everything is made in home!

Care instructions

All of our items are made by Michael, we do our best to insure every single item is able to handle wear- including con wear where accidents do happen. Dropping, bumping, etc. Our items are prepared for it! But if your item does get damaged send us a message and we'll let you know how to fix it yourself, or if you're not comfortable fixing it we can discuss sending it back to us to fix it for you.

Returns And Cancellations

We typically do not accept returns. Please make sure you read the entire description of an item before purchasing. If you don't understand the sizing of an item send us a message and we'll try to help make sure you get the best fit.

Cancellations must be requested withing four business days (Within conventional business hours EST) after being made.
