1 out of 5 starsI never actually received the product, I had to open a case with Etsy to get refunded. I ordered this originally for a coworker for Christmas. When I placed the order on the 8th of December, the product seemed to “get lost” because the tracking info never updated past shipping label being made. When asked multiple times, Cassie said that the usps picked it up from her shop and she wasn’t sure why it never went past that. She was very polite. At first she said usps said to give time for the holidays etc, which was fine. It never came. When asked a couple days ago she said she would send a new one out. When no information was given, after a few days when I asked about an update, it seemed my message was ignored. I filed for my refund, received it immediately. Seemed like I was being scammed to be honest. Timeline: 12/8/21-1/12/22
