Purchased items are shipped via Royal Mail within the stated period of time (depending on the accessory in question) from the moment of payment. In cases when the item is needed urgently it can be shipped faster upon agreement (please get in touch with me regarding this).
Ready to ship items can be shipped with Next Day Guaranteed Delivery within Britain ONLY IF they are purchased before noon.
Please note that customs fees or import duties might be assessed upon the arrival of an item to your destination country. They are a responsibility of a buyer.

A few words about care instructions for the hand crafted flowers:
1. Do not wash, iron or dry clean them.
2. Any contact with water or any other liquid might result in ruined shape or smudged colours.
3.Do not bend or fold flowers.
4.Keep hand crafted flowers in a spacious box with a lid to protect them from dust, moisture and direct sunlight.
5.Handle with maximum love and care and they will please your eyes for years to come.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I generally keep your data for the following time period - 7 years as this is required of me by the UK’s Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue Service (HMRC)
5. If transferring personal information outside of Europe, how the transfer will be handled
GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose if you transfer personal information outside of the EU and the legal bases you rely on to do so, such as consent and contractual necessity.
The only circumstance in which I would transfer personal information out of the European Union would be for delivery purposes through trustworthy services such as the Royal Mail or UPS or similar postal services.
