The Presents Felt Pooch
Dogsbody
Not permitted in the Presents Felt Headquarters, the hound performs her role of chief companion and general dogsbody from the close proximity of the landing. Her fuzzy face makes me happy.

Frequently asked questions
How do I request a custom order?
For bespoke felt banners, look for the 'Custom Made Felt Banner' listing. For something else, simply click the 'Request A Custom Order' button which enables you to send me a message to explain your requirements. Once arrangements are agreed, I will then prepare a special shop listing for your custom item and Etsy will email you to say that it is ready to purchase. I will begin beavering away on your order after it has been purchased.
When will I get my custom order?
Unless it is a busy period, orders are generally made within 2 weeks then shipped. However, at busy times, with only one set of stitching hands, it can take a little longer. For current estimates, see the shipping section for your chosen item. If you are concerned about meeting a particular deadline, you can of course contact me before placing your order to see if meeting your deadline is possible. You will be kept informed as your order progresses, with picture updates and of course, you will be notified when your order has shipped. After that, it is over to the postal services.
How are shipping costs estimated?
I generally use 1st Class Royal Mail services within the UK, with Signed For or Tracked services for more valuable items. For smaller, lower value items, I use Royal Mail International Standard where possible, for other countries, though delivery estimates are the same, please note that a tracking service is not offered with this option. Above a certain value, the International service cost is greater and a Tracked & Signed For service used, where possible. Some items vary in value and weight (e.g. Name banners), where I have estimated shipping costs using a higher value and weight. If your item costs less to post (e.g. perhaps your name banner is a shorter, more lightweight item), I will of course, issue a partial refund and notify you.
What if my parcel goes to the wrong address?
This would be upsetting for us both, wouldn't it? It is very important to ensure that the address you provide to Etsy (and services such as Paypal) is your current and accurate address as I cannot be held responsible for orders being sent out to the wrong home.
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
Please order in plenty of time, especially custom-made items. I create by hand and at busy times, there will be other items in my 'queue'. Check item Shipping Details for current "make" times.
Royal Mail's recommended final postage dates 2019 are estimates, NOT guarantees:
9th Dec: Africa, Asia, Carribean, Central & South America, Far & Middle East
10th Dec: Cyprus, Malta
11th Dec: Easten Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland & Slovakia)
12th Dec: Australia, Greece, New Zealand & Turkey
14th Dec: Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, USA
16th Dec: Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
18th Dec: Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg
20th Dec: (1st Class) UK
When will my order arrive?
Be sure to check the listing's shipping tab for information on how long your order will take to process (be made) and what shipping times apply. Shipping time estimates are as stated by Royal Mail for services from the U.K. To Europe: Aim 3-5 business days. To the rest of the world: Aim 5-7 business days. It is worth noting that these are Royal Mail's *aims* only and that parcels can occasionally be delayed in getting through individual countries' customs processes. Etsy sellers are not responsible for delays such as these or those caused by postal strikes or inclement weather conditions.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
I offer a gift wrapping service, an example of which, including an image can be found beside individual listings. Simply leave a note in the 'Note to Seller' at checkout, detailing your gift message. There is an additional charge for this service.
Greetings cards cannot be wrapped - the wrapping details appear beside all shop listings!
