Frequently asked questions
How do I upload my photo?
To upload your photo to us, you must send us an Etsy message. You can send an Etsy message by messaging our shop. Once you get to messages simply click the image icon to upload your image. Etsy only allows 3 images to upload at a time.
OR
Send us an email at Etsy@kohnes.com with your image. Make sure to include your name and order # so what know who's order gets the image.

Can I get a proof of my order before its produced?
Yes, but most our listings you have to request for it.
If you would like a proof please send us an Etsy message to our shop or an email to Etsy@kohnes.com requesting for a proof of your order. Once we receive your order, we will send over a proof of your order through an Etsy message within 1-3 business day (M-F). If you would prefer us to email you please email us at Etsy@kohnes.com.
We allow 3 proofs that consist of new design changes, anymore proofs will be an additional charge TBD. If we haven’t heard back from you 7 days since your last proof, we will go ahead and ship your order out exactly as the last proof shows.

For the Slide Sandals, I don't see my exact size, so which size would best fit me?
If you haven't already please go back to our listing and look at the sizing chart.
For the best fit for your/their shoe size, I would either measure your/their foot or your/their best-fitting shoe to determine which size would be better based on the chart.
OR
If know whether you/they wear a wide shoe size or if your/their feet tend to be big the larger choice might be best. But if you/they have slim feet maybe a smaller size would be better.
Both shoes have an adjustable strap just depends if a slightly smaller or slightly bigger shoe might be more ideal.
