Despite a shipping error the seller was willing to pay out pocket, not only to reship it but also to ship it too me quicker so would it arrive in time for a birthday. Very kind of them. I love the bracelets and they glow easily. They were very nice. Unfortunately we have broken both of them. They lasted about a couple of months but unfortunately I can't afford to replace both. We kept as many beads as we could to try re-band them again. Probably not the sellers fault its how many elastic beaded bracelets are.
