When will my item ship?
Current turn around is 1-3 days BEFORE shipped (not including holidays or weekends). However, items are often shipped sooner. Please send us a message before you place your order if you have questions.
Will my topper be glitter on both sides?
No, one side is glitter and the other is plain white. We do not offer double sided toppers.
Where is my item?
All orders include a tracking number that can be found in your order summary once your item is shipped. Please visit USPS.com for the most up to date tracking info.
Please immediately contact your local post office (not 1800 number) if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it.
Also, please check with your neighbors. Sometimes it is placed in the incorrect box.
I shipped my order to my old address. What now?
Please contact me immediately, if your order has NOT shipped, we can change it. If your order has shipped, we are unable to change/reroute the package.
PCC is not responsible for non-sufficient address provided by buyer. Please verify that your address is correct before completing your purchase. Refunds will not be given.
