Question: Will my purchase be shipped?

Shipping times vary by product. I do my best to give an approximate shipping time; however, there may be delays due to the current global health crisis.

Printables sold in my shop are downloadable, digital items.
This means that you will receive instant access to all digital files and no
physical products are shipped. Simply click on the download link sent to
you via email after your purchase to gain access to your item.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of my products, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you ever need help with one of my products, please feel free to message me.

How do I download my purchases?

Etsy will email you a download link where you’ll be able to
securely access your purchases.
