Pretty Face Masks are for adults, teens, pre-teens, and children over the age of 3 and come in a variety of sizes and designs. The Two Way shoulder Strap Backpacks are for adults and children over 2. The Shoulder Strap is adjusted to size. Please view any mask listing for a variety of size options.

Pretty-face masks are not pre-washed. Sequins masks should be gently hand washed. Our quilted backpacks are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low or line dried for best results.

All orders are handmade and made to order in the USA, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We recommend that customers measure their face to help to decide what size mask is needed.

How to measure your face for a mask.
--Take a string or measuring tape and measure from the front left ear, across the tip of the nose, then over to the right ear. This is your measurements.

Please read our policies before placing your order. Our products are made to order, therefore, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges. Masks are not returnable. We do understand that customers may change their minds. Any backpack return must be received within 7 calendar days of receiving their order. Items must be in great condition without damages. Once we receive your item, we will ensure you receive a credit or refund in the original form or payment. Your refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of receipt of your returned item to our facility. It may take additional days to reflect in your account.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost to return items. All orders are shipped using the USPS.
