At Pretty Gifted, we craft each piece with care to honor special moments.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with clear photos, and we'll replace it promptly.
Returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging; shipping is non-refundable.
As production starts immediately upon order, we can't accept cancellations or exchanges.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be crafted and shipped within 3-5 business days after placement. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing times may vary, so check our shop announcement and listing descriptions for updates.
Delivery times are separate and will be noted on your order receipt.
After completion, your order will be packaged, shipped, and a tracking number provided to keep you informed of its journey.

Our products are printed and shipped by our trusted partner in the USA.
While we assist with tracking and follow-ups, we're not responsible for shipping delays.
Please ensure your Etsy details are correct, as we can't change the address after ordering.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place all USA orders by December 11th.
