Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of all my products I DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges.
Please make sure to read carefully the product description before purchasing and if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Where can I download the file(s) from my purchase?
After your purchase is complete, you can either open the email Etsy sends you with your order details and download link OR at any time you can go to Etsy > make sure you logged into your account > click on your profile > 'Purchases and reviews' > and in the page that opens you'll find the link to download your file(s).
Is Canva free to use?
Yes, Canva is FREE to use on all devices! All our templates are made to be edited in Canva on a Free account.
While Canva does have a Pro version for which they also offer a free trial, it's optional and you don't really need it to edit our templates.
The only other instance Canva may ask for payment is if you used any of the Pro items, which are any elements, photos, videos that have a little crown on the bottom right, if you did add any Pro item by mistake, delete it and you should be able to download your design for free.
