SHIPPING INFO:

Orders placed will be shipped out 1-3 business days after your purchase for greeting cards and 5-10 business days after you approve your digital mock up for invitations. Custom orders may take longer depending on how elaborate they are, but 99% of the time all of our orders go out within 3-5 business days from the time you approve your final edits. All Items shipped in the US are shipped with USPS. Other carriers will accrue additional charges.

Processing time does not include ship time. If you need your order by a specific date please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to make sure that I am able to meet the deadline.

UNITED STATES: Shipped Via USPS GENERALLY take 2-7 business days. Priority mail GENERALLY takes 2-4 days shipping in the US, but is NOT GUARANTEED. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me Prior to purchase for express mail shipping prices.

A love for all things FUN, HAPPY and COLORFUL!

I started my company/shop because I was there. I was a bride planning my wedding and I could not find what I wanted. I searched high and low and found pieces of what I wanted. The idea of a custom wedding and wedding products came to fruition from my frustration. I have been in business since 2010 and I take great pride in my products because I know, out there is a bride who wants only the best for her special day!

Since then, Pretty Peacock Paperie has evolved in to so much more! We now offer semi-custom invitations for the bride who knows what she wants. We also now offer an extensive line of social stationery and greeting cards. We want you to celebrate life's moments in the best way possible! Life is a party, and your stationery should be one too!

Below you will find a list of my "fuss-free" policies!

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges must be reported in 5 days. Once you receive your package remove the checklist from the box. Count and make sure that every item is accounted for! I will include the checklist for you. However it is the responsibility of the customer to double check the order upon arrival and in a timely manner. If there is a problem contact me at anytime within 5 Business and we will work to fix the issue! Again, I need all my gems to be happy with their order! (Or I seriously can't sleep at night! And what is a girl without her beauty sleep!)



Here Is a General guideline for our clients:

For Semi-Custom Invitations:
Step 1: Choose your design. Narrow down your favorite designs and purchase samples. PLEASE NOTE: Samples do not come in your color of choice unless the $20.00 fee is paid per suite. This $20.00 fee is credited back to you should you decide to book with us! Choose your favorite design and Convo me about the quantity and your selection. I will create a listing that you can purchase. So, we can GET THIS PARTY STARTED!

Step 2: Choose your wording! We have an extensive selection of wedding wording. (Ask us about wording for other events!) If you have any suggestions feel free to submit your own wording and we would be happy to use it.

Step 3: Approve your proofs. We then gather all of your selections and create your digital proof. All proofs have to be approved by the client. All clients must sign the PROOF APPROVAL FORM. We suggest that you go through all wording very carefully. We also recommend that all clients have a third party read the invitation and all wording. I cannot stress how important this step is and how seriously it should be taken. Please read the proof and re-read it several times! Once we begin production we can no longer make changes. ::Bummer I know!::

Step 4: Production. We go into production for your invitations. All invitations that go into production at the beginning of the business day will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. We pride ourselves on including our customers in the process. A courtesy email is sent out every step of the way.

Step 5: Check your order. A checklist is provided with every order. Please check the contents to ensure that all pieces are accounted for. All issues with orders, if there are any, must be reported within 5 days.

Step 6: Leave feedback! We love to hear from our customers! Hopefully we have made you completely HAPPY during the process and you want to scream your love for us from the rooftops! Yup, hopeless romantic over here!

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our business refunds are not provided. Should an item arrive not as described or mishandled by the post office, we are happy to exchange it! Send us photos and we will get you a new order in a jiffy!

I accept Pay Pal.

Please place orders no later than two months before the date that you need it. Of course there are situations that cannot be avoided. I am flexible but please keep in mind that a Rush Order charge will be implemented.

To begin the process, orders must be paid for in full. Please contact me directly for more information. I will post a listing for you to purchase on Etsy so we can GET THIS PARTY STARTED!


Cancellation: All payments are non-refundable. The best advice I can give is to order a sample first and then purchase the actual invitation that you would like. I can do custom colored (on some invitations) samples for $20.00 where it applies. This will be added to the balance of your invitations should you decide to purchase invitations from Pretty Peacock Paperie.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All greeting cards and social stationery are shipped in bubble mailers. All greeting cards are individually wrapped in a cello bag. Invitation orders are shipped in a corrugated box.
