I use clean recycled packaging products as much as possible, such as boxes and Styrofoam. Handling time is 1-2 business days, so if you order on Thursday, your item may not ship till Monday, but I usually ship on weekends when I can.

Items that are not in the described condition can be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs. Contact me within 7 days of receipt for returns and I will provide you with a return label. Buyer is responsible for checking measurements and description before ordering, only exchanges are available for returns other than seller error.

I will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item in same condition it was shipped. If a returned item has obviously been used or damaged, the return will be refused and item returned to sender.

Items should be repacked in original packing, or it's equivalent, and sent with tracking. Do not return an item without contacting me first.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the buyer can select a replacement item. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be deducted from the return amount to pay for reshipment.

An order can be canceled as long as it has not already been taken to the post office.

Please confirm that the shipping address is accurate before you complete your order. If you notice the address is wrong before I ship the item, I can change it. Go ahead and message me even if it says your items has shipped, I often print labels in the afternoon to ship the next day, so there may still be time to correct it. You can also contact you local or former post office to see if they can forward your package. If your package needs to be picked up at the post office and it fails to be picked up in time (usually 15 days) it will be returned to sender and you will receive a refund for the item only.

Most of the time I can ship the next day upon request if it is a weekday. You can also choose the expedited shipping option on most items.

I include tracking for any U.S bound package unless otherwise specified. A package is not considered lost until it has been 15 business days since it was shipped.
If tracking says Delivered, but you didn't receive your item, look around to see if it was left on your porch or carport if it is a large item. These are also often scanned as delivered when they've been taken back to the post office if they don't fit in your mailbox. Carriers don't always leave a note that they attempted delivery. You can call your post office and provide them the tracking number to see if they have the item. If the item is lost, you may file a claim with the USPS.

If an item arrives damaged from shipping, please take a picture of the damage and the packaging so an insurance claim can be filed. Once I receive proof of damage, I will issue either a full or partial refund, or offer a replacement if desired and available.
