Jessica was great to work with on this item! I found her and the birdcage just days before my wedding and she was able to complete my order quickly while still involving me all along in the process - sending me emails to make sure she was doing things exactly to my specifications. The item turned out lovely and I would absolutely recommend Jessica!

If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail me immediately. Once I ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated in the Return Policy, but I will not refund the shipping cost or fees associated with Etsy.
Once I receive payment confirmation I will ship your item by the end of the next day by USPS First Class Mail(if the item is purchased on a Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday). USPS estimates that shipping time in the continental United States takes about 7-10 days, but in my experience most items are received well before 7 days.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns for refund if the product is defective and I am notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. I will accept a return for exchange if the product is defective if after 7 days, but within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify me in advance of your return and receive an email confirmation. I must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in sell able condition. This means no damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. I do not refund shipping or costs associated with Etsy. If an item is returned without an authorization there will be no refund. To obtain a return authorization, please contact me.
If goods are damaged during shipment by USPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with USPS. You may have to allow a USPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. I will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If you request that we use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.
Additional policies and FAQs
There will be no refunds or exchanges on items that were listed as customizable if there was no response or direction on how you want your item.
