Current processing time is 3-5 business days.
Our processing times are always an estimate. 95% of our orders are sent within this time frame. During the holidays (including Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc) we can get up to 5-8 business days processing time.

What is my Return or Refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds or accept returns, in line with our shop policy. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please snap a photo of the unopened package. If the artwork itself is damaged upon opening, send us a clear photo of the issue. We’ll promptly send out a free replacement—no returns or extra steps required.

Each material absorbs ink differently, which can affect the brightness or tone of the artwork—while still preserving the original design and feel.

All artwork and images in my shop are digital creations with the help of AI. They are not handmade paintings or actual photographs, and I do not offer any handcrafted artwork for sale.
