Pretty with Ink Invites believes in creating the boutique feel for our customers by providing one of a kind stationary open to customization and personalization for every style. We strive to be your one stop shop for Wedding and Special Event Stationary plus favors, decor and more. Let us help you design and create your dream wedding or party theme, complete from save the dates & color selection to invitations, favor stickers, and program fans. Just as every family has their personal doctor and beautician, Pretty with Ink wants you to have your own personal stationary designer for all of life’s events.
P.ink also offers full marketing services for small and large businesses of any type. Whether you need company Holiday cards, business cards, postcards, logo, marketing gifts, or a full marketing plan, we are here for you.

What does business hours mean? These are the times I am readily available to respond to your inquiries/emails. Please expect response within 2-4 hours. For inquiries/emails that are recieved after hours, expect response within 24 hours. Check your spam/junk folders regularly for emails that may come from Etsy or PrettywithInk [!at] gmail.com, depending on where you inquired from.
Creating and Printing takes place all hours of the day.

$20 minimum deposit/retainer required to start. Full payment must be received before printing process will begin.
If you cancel your order BEFORE you have received ANY proofs, you will receive all your monies back.
If you cancel your order AFTER your have received ANY proofs but BEFORE you have gone to PRINTING you will receive all but a $20 retainter back.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been sent to PRINTING there is a ZERO refund policy.
It is up to you to request your monies. If you stop contacting me during an order I just put your order on hold, I don't have a time limit for orders. It's up to you to Cancel the order if that's what you want to do.
PRINTING AND SHIPPING
Your order is sent to Print the day after you approve your proofs and pay the order in full. These are the printing options:
a) Standard Printing: 8 Business Days: Free
b) Express Printing: 6 Business Days: $15
c) Super Express Printing: 4 Business Days: $30
Your order is then shipped within one business day of picking the order up from Print.
USA Shipping Options:
a) Priority 2-4 Business Day: $10 - $20 Depending on Order Size
b) Express Overnight/2 Day Max: $25 - $55 Depending on Order Size
a) Priority 6-10 Business Day: $35 - $55 Depending on Order Size
b) Express 3-5 Day: $55 - $75 Depending on Order Size
**Business Days = Monday through Friday, not including Holidays.
All items are sent via USPS, either Priority or Express.
Insurance is included. If any of your items are delivered in a damaged box, please photograph the package PRIOR to opening it for proof of mishandling. If your contents are damaged notify me right away!
Refunds and Exchanges
**Proofs: If you request a proof of an item that you do not purchase there will be a $5 fee applied to your order.
There is a NO-RETURN or NO-REFUND policy on all orders. This is because of the customized nature of our products. If error is visibly due to P.Ink we will glady fix our mistakes upon the return of the miss-printed stationery or invitations. Because you are offered unlimited proofs through P.ink, it is entirely up to you to make sure ALL spelling, grammar, and wording is correct and everything is to your liking before giving final approval. Once you give final approval and make payment the order is complete. Any changes you would like made after giving final approval will incur additional costs.
Please inspect your order carefully once it arrives! If, for any reason, you are missing items to your order, please contact me immediately and no later than 7 days after date of delivery. I will evaluate the request at that time and determine how to address it. I can not honor requests to replace missing items if the request is submitted more than 10 days after the order was delivered.
USING CUSTOM COLORS:
When making your printed purchase with Pretty With Ink Invites you are agreeing to the following terms about using Custom Colors:
-There are no physical samples mailed to you, all proofing is done digitally via web albums.
-Custom Colors are a Courtesy!! Use Custom Colors at your Own Risk!! P.ink will not be held responsible if you do not like the turn out of the custom color you have chosen (Custom Color = Any Color other then the standard used on the listing) P.ink uses a Commercial Printer, I see the same proof you see when I submit it to the printer, be prepared for slight shade adjustments during printing because of ink/stock/realism.
-Because I offer color customizing and matching you can send me photos of bridesmaid dresses, floral arrangements, etc., to color match and I will color match as closely as possible. However, computer monitors, smartphones, and other devices' screens may show colors slightly differently then each other and so what you see and what I see can be a shade or two difference. This shade difference can also vary slightly when translated from the digital file to ink, and then again to the different stock types. So the same color can look different on glossy compared to matte compared to linen. Please be aware of these things when making your order decisions.
-IF you need your color to match something to perfection I highly recommend a swatch test. In this case you will need to send me a physical swatch of the color you are trying to match and I will do my best to make sure the printed color comes out as close as I can get it to the swatch. If you are not satisfied with the turnout of the color you may receive one free reprint to correct the issue if your case is qualified and you have sent a swatch.
-IF you do not send a physical swatch, you are waving your right to a free reprint. If you are unsatisfied with the color turnout you may receive one reprint at a discounted cost-- your case must be qualified and you must then send a physical swatch for matching to proceed. This process can add a week.

ORDERING PROCESS for PRINTED ITEMS:
Put the $35 PRINTED DEPOSIT option of the design listing you want to use in your cart and purchase it as your DEPOSIT!
The $35 Printed Option is a deposit! It will be subtracted from your final bill!!
a) If you cancel the order BEFORE you receive any PROOFS you WILL get the $35 BACK!
b) If you cancel the order AFTER you receive any PROOFS you WILL NOT get the $35 BACK!
(2) ORDER FORM
After you've purchased the listing, you will need to fill out this order form:
** When I have both the deposit and order form, I can start working on your proofs.
(3) PROOFING STAGE
I will send you a Link to view your Proofs in an album 1-3 business days after receiving your Deposit & Order Form.
a) These Proofs are not printable, they are for you to review and approve before I send the final files for printing.You should use a PC for proof review as you will need a scroll wheel for zooming.
b) We will work together to make the proofs exactly what you are looking for during the proofing stage.
c) I offer Unlimited Proofing Rounds for Printed Orders so it's up to you to make sure all spelling and grammar are correct and to your liking before approving the proofs.
** This stage can take anywhere from 2 days to ?? days depending on the amount of proofs we go through, etc. I always respond in 1-2 business days with your edited proofs.
(4) PROOF APPROVAL
Once you've approved the proofs, I will review the order with you including printing options and shipping options.
a) Orders will be provided with a listing/invoice for full remainder payment.
b) A payment plan is also available, ask for more information.
Within one business day after the order is paid in full, I will submit it to Print, depending on your printing speed choice.
Your order is shipped within one business day of picking the order up from Print, depending on your shipping speed choice.
ORDERING PROCESS for DIGITAL ITEMS:

(2) ORDER FORM You will receive an email asking you to fill out this order form: (you can do so ahead of time if you are reading this now though!)
**Once I have both the payment and order form, I can start working on your proofs.
(3) PROOFING STAGE
I will send you a link to view your proofs in an album 1-3 business days after receiving your Payment & Order Form.
a) These proofs are not printable, these proofs are for you to review and approve before I send the final files for printing. You should use a PC for proof review as you will need a scroll wheel for zooming.
b) We will work together to make the proofs exactly what you are looking for during the proofing stage.
c) I offer 4 Proofing Rounds for Digital Orders so it's up to you to make sure all spelling and grammar are correct and to your liking before approving the proofs or running out of rounds.
**This stage can take just a few days or a week+ depending on your response times and the amount of changes requested. I will return change requests in 1-2 business days.
(4) PROOF APPROVAL
Once you've Approved the proofs:
a) Orders will be provided with a listing/invoice for full remainder payment if there is any remainder due.
b) Final Files will be Emailed to the Email provided on the listing purchased.
You have 7 business days to do a print test at home or with your professional printer. During this time:
a) I will do slight color adjustments.
b) I will assist if you need help getting something to print correctly.
c) I will assist if you need help making printing decisions.
d) Any text, wording, design adjustments/changes WILL incur extra proofing round fees, so make sure your proofing and approval is absolute.
**Business Days = Monday through Friday
Any listing can be reproduced with a photo added. Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for print quality. P.ink cannot be held responsible for photo quality. It is illegal for P.ink to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. Any photos or illustrations used in our designs have permissioned use. When you submit photos, please be aware that it is assumed you have permission from the copyright holder or are the photographer yourself. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold P.ink reliable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
All designs found in Pretty With Ink's shop are property of Pretty With Ink. Any duplications of these designs will be dealt with in full intent of the law.
ALL orders will have: 'Pretty With Ink Invites' printed small on the backs of each item (or on the fronts of digital files if I believe you will not be printing the back). I will remove this for a small fee (10% of total order cost) if you would rather it not be shown, unless you are ordering a digital file. Branding will not be removed from digital file orders.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
Pretty with Ink Invites holds the rights to all designs created with/for you. I have the right to use these designs in my shop or as marketing tools. You can request that your Address/Phone Numbers/Email Addresses be blurred out if shown on these designs and I will fix them accordingly.
When purchasing, all transactions take place through Etsy and Paypal. Both are secure and can be trusted. Any information Pretty with Ink Invites has of yours is never shared or sold. Mailing and Email addresses are used for marketing purposes only to send gifts, coupons, and sale information. If you would prefer to not receive any or all of these please notify us in the comments/questions section.

Why should I print with Pretty With Ink vs Other Printers?
Most printers you will find at places like Office Max, Kinkos/FedEx, or at your Work Office use Digital or Laser Printers. These printers are great for fast printing and crisp text. However, images are produced by the direct scanning of the medium across the printer's photo-receptor. So while it proves to be a much faster process, there may be some quality lost to the design that you just purchased! You may experience some changes in the color quality and/or some graininess from the scanning process. Some color codes may not be recognized by your Digital or Laser printer and it will default to the closest color on it's own, which may not be a color you like.
Professional Graphic Printers, like the one Pretty with Ink uses, are Offset Printing Machines. These use the photo offset process, which involves using light-sensitive chemicals and photographic techniques to transfer images and type from the original material to printing plates then to the printing surface. When used in combination with the lithographic process, which is based on the repulsion of oil and water, the offset technique employs a flat (planographic) image carrier on which the image to be printed obtains ink from ink rollers, while the non-printing area attracts a water-based film (called "fountain solution"), keeping the non-printing areas ink-free. One of the best advantages of offset printing compared to other printing methods include a consistent high image quality. Offset printing produces sharp and clean images and type more easily than, for example, letterpress printing; this is because the rubber blanket conforms to the texture of the printing surface. Overall offset printing offers the highest possible printing quality, with greater detail and color fidelity.
