I ordered this item for my 5 month old German Shepherd/Doberman Pinscher mix. We need very long, sturdy toys for her, and based on the photos, this toy seemed perfect. Wrong! We received a stubby little toy less than a foot long. The hand-hold was a complete joke. I can only fit two fingers into it. I tried to work with the seller, but basically got the whole, ‘Variations can occur with handmade items’ and ‘You can return it at your expense’. What?!?! The item is useless to me, and now I have to pay even more?! Not cool- at all! I hope I can get Etsy to step in, since this seller is disinterested in actually trying to resolve the issue. Avoid this seller!
