PreyVintage's Shop Policies
Please take a second to look over the shop policies section, it's kind of important.
We like to keep things fresh, so check back often for new items.
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, cute cat pics, please contact us by either message or email.
 We accept Paypal, Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express and Etsy gift certificates.
 Payment MUST be received within 3 days from the date of purchase or your item will be re-listed. Please communicate with us if you need more time to send payment!
 Please make sure the address sent to us through Paypal, is the correct address. The address we receive through Paypal is the address we will use. We are not responsible if the address sent is incorrect.
 We will reserve items with request, and payment arrangement, for up to one week. If communication is ceased, item will be available for public sale once more.
 All prices are set
 All items are shipped the following day after payment has been received.
 All orders are shipped USPS. Orders 13 oz. or less will be shipped First Class. Anything over will be shipped Priority or Parcel Post.
 Shipping costs vary on items, depending on weight and size. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
 Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic delivery.
 Rush or expedited shipping is available at buyers expense. Must be communicated before purchase. We will then adjust price.
 All orders are shipped to address received through Paypal.
 Once order is shipped, we will email your order confirmation and tracking number (domestic only).
 For international orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunatley tracking is not available for International orders.
 We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We do not offer refunds.
 We do not include insurance on items. Purchasing insurance on expensive or fragile items is recommended. If you do plan on purchasing insurance, please contact us before order is made so we can add it to the order.

 We examine each item carefully, and write a full description with each listing. Every item has been loved, and shows wear. This is one of the wonderful perks of vintage items, the story, characteristics, and charm a nik or scuff can tell. Please contact with any questions.
 Any wear or condition issues that an item has, will be noted in description. If you have any further questions, or would like more photos, all you have to do is ask!
 Colors and perceptions can vary depending on monitors or device. Please contact us with any questions.
 If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
