Order was made 31 December’19. Today 24 March’20 still no sign of my parcel😞. Really disappointed, especially after all the good reviews of previous customers so I really had high hopes. Have to wait now till the end of month to hear if I can get refund, If I could have a choice I would just wanted my refund back immediately. 😞😞

Unfortunately, ridiculously long delivery times can be the norm for certain countries outside the U.S. I asked the client to wait a bit longer to see if the package would return to me first because I've had instances where I prematurely refunded people, only for their package to still arrive. I'm regretful that my shop was unable to meet your expectations based on the reputation I've worked so hard to build with everyone who came before and took a chance on me.

I love the quality of the product though it got here very late due to the USPS not properly updating their track. The shop owner was very pleasant and was working with me as to where the package was. I would still order from here even with the complications with the shipping.
