Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours. If you find you need to cancel an order, please contact me immediately. If I have not begun the packing/shipping process I can process a refund within 24 hours of purchasing.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail for all blankets and first class mail for small and light weight items.
I will ship to the address provided by Etsy. Third party shipping is available, if you're purchasing a gift for someone. Please add this information in the "Notes to Seller" section upon check out. Please double check the address is correct. All items are shipped in a gift ready form. (ex: Priceless Embrace Gift tag with care instructions)
Blanket Orders: If you would like to purchase 2 or more blankets, please send me a message and I will create a reserved listing for you with a flat rate price to save you some shipping costs.
You will receive an email via Etsy when your item has shipped. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance for your package. It is not my responsibility to replace your package if it gets lost in the system. Purchasing insurance will protect you from this. I will not replace packages that are not insured.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MAIL.
There is no way for me to track a package internationally. The only way a package is trackable is if I ship UPS or FED EX. If you are willing to pay their fees then I will gladly use them to ship your items. OTHERWISE.... your items will be shipped USPS with NO TRACKING. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please keep in mind colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and from dye lots from the distributors. This is something I have no control over. Refunds/Exchanges for any orders will not be given for this.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for baby shoes and other size specific items. Exchanges for sizes will not be made since they are made-to-order. If in doubt, always order a size up.
If there is a defect with your order please return the defected item and I will replace/repair it. Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving item according the delivery confirmation date. Items MUST be returned to me within 7 business days. If there is a problem with your order, PLEASE contact me and I will gladly do what I can fix the issue promptly :-)
Additional policies and FAQs
