I love the pillow! I was a bit disappointed that it took so long to ship. I was also disappointed that no one got back to me when I reached out about it taking so long to ship.

I ordered this item on 9/15. I received a shipping notification on 9/27 and then nothing. The shipment states it’s not yet been accepted for initial delivery scan. I sent a message to the owners 10/5 and no response back. I’ll give it another week or so before filing a dispute with my credit card. It’s a shame, I’ve ordered a couple previously and had no issues. I loved the quality of the pillows I’ve received before, but unable to rate this item as I do not have it in my possession. Update: my package was sent the day I posted this review. While I never heard back from my email, the cactus is beautiful as expected.

There was an issue with the order that caused it to be delayed, but the seller reimbursed me shipping without question. The rattle arrived today and it’s perfect! Well made and so cute!

prompt responses and such a great pillow. this is my second I've given as a gift now, I might just need one for myself. I was a little disappointed in the time it took me to receive the order being in the same state, but it was worth the wait and thankfully ordered well in advanced so I could still gift it in time.
