Pridemaille Designs is a small company dedicated to creating quality chainmaille jewelry. Each creation is hand-made by a small group of chainmaillers. We use anodized aluminum in an array of vibrant colors for most of our designs. We also create jewelry with sterling silver, steel, copper, brass, and Swarovski Crystals.
All these designs are customizable! We can make any style to suit your tastes.Whether it is gay pride, school pride, national pride or any other type of pride, we can make the jewelry for you.

I accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout, and items ship 1-5 business days after the payment has been received and cleared. Payment must be received within two days of purchase, but immediate payment is greatly appreciated.
Items will be shipped via USPS 2-5 business days after the payment has been received and cleared. Please see the processing times for the pieces. I typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Except for certain circumstances, i.e. work/school/prior engagements.
All US shipments come with a tracking number. Usually, it is automatically emailed to you. If you do not receive a number, please contact me and I will give it to you. I do watch and check to make sure they are delivered.
International Orders: Please be aware that there may be customs charges when importing to your country, especially in the EU. They are able to seize, forfeit, search or charge for import. I cannot be held responsible for these fees. Etsy's shipping system declares my merchandise to its full value.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please convo me and I will do what I can to make sure you are satisfied. In the event of an exchange or resizing, you will pay to ship the item back to me and to ship back to you. In the event of a repair due to defect, You will pay to ship the item back to me, and I will reimburse you for shipping.
Refunds are only accepted in the event that the item is defective, and you must contact me within five days of receiving the item to qualify for the refund. Please describe the nature of the complaint.
