When will my order ship?
All physical items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way!
Where do I find my digital downloads?
After purchase, your PNG files will be available in your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.” If you’re using the Etsy app, you’ll need to log in through a web browser to download.
Can I use these designs for print-on-demand (POD)?
Yes, absolutely. You can use the designs on unlimited POD products — no extra licenses or restrictions.
Can I sell or share the files?
No, the files are for your personal or commercial use on end products only. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files themselves isn’t allowed.
Do you offer refunds on digital items?
Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please be sure before purchasing.

Of course. If anything’s not working or you need help, just send me a message through Etsy and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Do you take custom design requests?
Yes, I do! If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to message me and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can create for you.
What software do I need to use these files?
Most PNG files can be used in a variety of programs — Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, and more. If your software supports PNG files, you’re good to go.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on physical items?
I accept returns on physical items within 7 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact me within that window.
Note: I don’t offer exchanges, and items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
