TSnaza Designs

Well it all started in Fall 2012 when Darrin was laid off from his job and we started making small crafts and primitive signs. We opened our first shop Wild Oaks Woodworking and it took off. Then 2 days before Christmas eve 2012 we decided to take a chance and spend our savings on a CNC machine. 3 kids at home, one graduation in the spring, the 2nd one was a junior and then the last little guy first year of middle school. Our risk was HUGE, the only other option was for Darrin (an electrician) to leave home and travel to North Dakota for work. There was no work in the forecast for MN and he was #1200 in a long line of electricians on the bench (union) waiting for jobs. SO we opened our new CNC on Christmas day night and started to play. The next thing you know we opened Timberline Woodworks and this shop took off by Mothers day it was crazy with running 2 shops. Now 2016 we opened a 3rd shop on Etsy PrimitiveWeddings and that took off. Darrin and I (Tracy, I left the hospitality business 2014 for Wildoaks) both work from home together everyday and love what we do!! We have no employees it's just us 2 and our son helps from time to time when he's not playing football, hockey or fishing. We try and take weekends off to be with him. Then spend time at our lake place in Ely in the summer to unwind and unplug. We truly love what we do everyday!!

What if I want to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel an order, no fees will be charged if with in 24hrs of purchase. If a personalized order has been created we cannot issue a full refund, as the item cannot be resold. If the item has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return the item at your expense, you will be refunded half the cost of the items- we do not accept returns on personalized items (I'm sorry we cannot refund original or return shipping).

If you are confused on when your order would ship, you are always welcome to email us for more info. Our lead time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping. When purchasing for your wedding, we recommend ordering early and providing your wedding date with your order. If you feel your order may be cutting it close, please email us before purchasing. The ship date on your receipt will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. We always want to ensure your order arrives in a timely

Custom and personalized orders

Yes we can send you 1 complementary proof before it is made if your request when you order in the notes to seller box. If you would like a another proof there will be a small fee that will need to be ordered before we send the proof.


**It is EXTREMELY important that ANY changes to be made to an order are noted within the 'Notes to Seller' box upon checkout (unless we setup a custom order for you). We process and ship dozens of orders per day as well as answer dozens of conversations per day it is impossible for us to keep track of changes requested to an order and therefore is very important those changes are noted upon checkout, if the changes to an order are requested via conversation but NOT noted in the notes to seller upon checkout we CANNOT issue a refund for that order, Thank You for your understanding on this matter.

Approved Return

If there is a issue with your item and I have approved a return you must pay for the return shipping and it must be received back at the shop with in 7 days of the approval. If received at the shop later then the 7 days the return will not be excepted. No returns on CUSTOM WORK.

Wholesale availability

Yes we offer wholesales pricing minimum order is $1,000 before discounts offered.

Issues with your order

You must open your box with in 5 days of receiving and if here are any issues you must contact me with in 7days of receiving anything after that I can not help you.
