SHIPPING:
  Princess Bead Supply offers FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Please note that free standard shipping is USPS First class or USPS ground. Packages that are shipped free are shipped via the cheapest option available.

MULTIPLE ORDER POLICY:
Due to the high volume or orders in my shop once you have placed an order I am unable to add to it. If you are needing to order additional items a new order will have to be placed. If multiple orders are placed I do reserve the right to ship them together in one package. I do not offer shipping refunds on multiple orders. Thank you for understanding!

PROCESSING TIMES:
Current processing times are 1-3 business days. I do sometimes experience delayed processing times during holidays, sale events and if we have a higher order volume than usual. If you have any questions about turn-around time please feel free to contact me! I typically do not ship on weekends.

INSURANCE:
Please be aware that once your package is mailed we cannot be held responsible for it. If you would like to add insurance to your package to protect it against loss or damage, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional fee. Please note that packages shipped via Priority mail includes insurance for up to $50. Priority shipping upgrade can be selected and purchased during checkout. We use USPS first class mail or USPS ground.

REFUND/CANCELLATIONS/ORDER PROBLEMS
I do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations. If you have a problem with your order you must contact me within 3 business days of delivery and send photos of the products you received.

CONTACTING PRINCESS BEAD SUPPLY: Please send all messages though Etsy's message system. Please do not contact me via email as these messages are often missed. I used Etsy's convo system for all communication.

ORDER PACKING:
Most orders are shipped in padded envelopes. I do reserve the right to combine beads in the same plastic bags for shipping. Combining beads in the same bag reduces plastic wastes and helps the planet. We do try to be as "green" as possible as we love our planet! If you need your order packaged in a special way we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Please reach out to us prior to making your purchase.


Products and supplies sold by Princess Bead Supply are intended for adults. Please remember that loose beads and/or small parts can pose choking hazards. Children should never be left unattended with items from Princess Bead Supply And as always, please inspect all finished products before use. If damaged in any way discontinue using and discard of immediately.

By purchasing our products, you the buyer, assumes all responsibility and liability. Princess Bead Supply waives all responsibility and liability to the customer once items have been sold and shipped.
