The Mademoiselle Paper brand offers artisanal products. This implies that each product is unique and has peculiarities specific to the handmade.
The photographs presented on the shop are as faithful as possible but can not assume a perfect similarity with the product sold, especially in terms of colors. Any complaint must therefore be motivated and not issued by mere subjectivity.

Under distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products by contacting the seller within 14 days.
If an item is found to be defective, we will therefore proceed to an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis*. Every problem has its own solution! :)

(* Only articles blank of all writings, drawings, tears, stains... will be exchanged or refunded.
The exchange or refund must be motivated by faulty technical elements inherent in the product.
Custom orders are excluded from this clause. No exchange or refund possible.)

Note that the "return" costs of defective products are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the costs of resale on Etsy, i.e. $ 20cts. While the shipping costs of the new item will be borne by Mademoiselle Paper.

. Mademoiselle Paper accepts payments via PayPal, credit card, Etsy gift cards. It's simple and secure!

. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received. If it is not validated by the banking organization the product will be put back on sale.

. Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 working days after a manufacturing time of up to 2 weeks. The shipment is made by post to the address indicated on Etsy by the buyer.

. All orders are shipped from the France by La Poste. Mademoiselle Paper cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transport, as well as occasional delays by La Poste.

. Shipments of items:
- single letter "Green stamp"
. Shipping upgrades available:
- priority letter "Red stamp"
- letter with follow-up: possibility to follow the evolution of your order thanks to the tracking number La Poste. Possibility of recourse against La Poste in case of loss.
The upgrade options are to be selected at the time of validation of your order and entails an additional cost.

Shipping costs include the cost of packaging in addition to the own shipping rate.
