Q. How do I edit files?
A. First, you will need to make sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can download it free from their website. You will need a computer to do this. MAC or PC will work, but tablets, phones, ipads, etc. will not work. There are step-by-step editing instructions included in your download folder.
Q. I'm using a MAC and the letters are tiny. What's wrong?
A. This most often happens when the files are opening in the default PDF viewer instead of Adobe Reader. To work around this problem, open Adobe Reader first and then open the files from within the Reader program. Or you can drag and drop the files into Reader.
Q. I can't save my edits! Help!
A. Saving edited files is an option that is only available in Adobe Reader XI (11) and above. If you are using an earlier version, you will not be able to save the edited files. To fix this, download the latest version of Adobe Reader from their website and install it to your computer.
