Returned Packages
RETURNED PACKAGES: Packages that are returned will be held until new shipping label is paid for. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping packages back to you for address errors. If your package has been returned, please reach out to us so we can verify. Once verified, we will send a listing for shipping costs to get that package back to you. Returned packages are not reason for a refund.

Most of our bleached items are now "Ready to Ship" in 1-3 business days. (M-F, except for holidays)
We still take custom orders, so if we don't have something you need, please reach out!
I am local! Can I pick up my order? Why not?
I do not have a commercial location at this time. To respect the privacy of myself and my family, I do not offer local pickup.
Shipping
Please make sure you verify your shipping address BEFORE checking out. We ship to the address provided at checkout - no exceptions. If you provided the wrong address, you will need to coordinate with carrier to get the package forwarded.
What should I do about a lost package?
Once your package has been shipped, we do not have it in our possession. If for some reason your package had been moving through transit and suddenly stopped, you will need to contact your local annex to resolve this issue. We do not replace merchandise from lost packages or provide refunds for lost packages. If you purchased insurance on your order, you will need to open a claim with the carrier directly and arrange for a refund from the carrier that has lost your package.
Is my package insured?
As much as I would love to be able to cover insurance costs of every package shipped, it’s not possible for me to do so and keep prices low. If you would like your package insured, you can select this option during checkout. In the event your package is lost or damaged, you can open a claim with the respective carrier to receive a refund.
