This kit arrived well packed. I was eager to open it as I was wanting to try calligraphy for a long time, but never had the courage to. I loved everything with this kit! The shop owner surely has made a lot of effort to make it easy to learn calligraphy. In fact, after reading all the reviews I believe the nib set up was simple and clear. Perfect as a unique gift or for oneself.

Lovely kit! A lot of it includes tracing patterns from the paper included onto the tracing paper, which is a tiny bit tedious. (At least you can re-use the patterns and practice a lot.) I appreciate the booklet and care put into the kit. I knocked off a star because I still felt like I had to do some googling and watch videos to know which parts were which, how to assemble them, and how to hold the pen, but otherwise the kit is great and includes the tools you need!

Hi, I am Swetha and truly thank you for taking time to browse at my creations.

I hope you will find something inspiring and of value to add into your life. My endeavor is to spread the word of relaxation with art and letting your mind and body express in a no- fuss manner. I have been learning art from a tender age and teaching it full- time now.

Using art as a medium of expression is not a new concept,it has been used for ages to express and explore. But very often people thing it only for the ones who are artistic already! No that's not true. Here, I would like to give it a simplistic approach. That is to create with no expectations, while giving yourself a chance to learn easily. I have made is simple to begin and enjoy. Leave those expectations for now. Just indulge in Watercolors to just make yourself happy. That's it! There are a few things I would like to educate you about, and that's all is needed for you to begin. But those techniques will help you begin, but that's in no way your limitation.

I have created DIY watercolor kits for anyone to enjoy, and do put up some art prints for sale in this shop.

I live in Texas with my lovely( little, to me -I guess, haha!) girls and husband. They inspire me to make all these tiny works. Most of my quotes you find on my art works are "words of wisdom!" that spring in my mind quiet spontaneously. The rest are of course what I read and reflect upon.

Almost daily, I create something, that I feel is just free flow of my mood and sort-of simplistic style. I do intend to add some variations of my art along the way.

I have created many art cards or posters which have been shared with friends and family. I teach adults and children art and to think creatively. The right side of our brain is where all that lies. All it needs is to be tickled and encouraged. You need to just be able to hold a brush and then enjoy the process. Please upgrade to more brushes if you want to scale your art as you process.
