If you had an issue because you are not tech savvy... Why give us 1 less star? The design was good and the files printed. So not sure why you are penalizing us 1-star because you were not sure what you were doing? I even responded to your help request within 30 minutes and basically gave you step by step instructions so you can print them. I don't understand why only a 4-Star review?

I have checked the files... and the files you downloaded print perfectly. When ordering digital files you should open the files in the proper software. You can not just open a preview of the file and print from there.
