All Prints of Utopia digital artwork remains the intellectual property of Prints of Utopia. Purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership, or authorship of the artwork.
Purchases include personal use and limited small-business commercial use for up to 100 finished physical products personally produced by the purchaser.
Print-on-Demand (POD) and third-party manufacturing/fulfillment for resale are not permitted. Designs may not be uploaded to Printify, Printful, Gooten, Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, or similar services for products offered for resale.
Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, or represented as the purchaser's own original artwork.
