Production Time*: Production time is typically between 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping:
Shipping tracking available for all orders.
USA*: Shipping up to 2 - 7 business days, Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Canada: Shipping up to 2 - 7 business days for onesies/bodysuits. 4 - 9 business days for masks.
International: Shipping up to 10 - 18 business days

Cancellation, Return & Exchange:
Please note that all orders are unique and produced per order.
Cancellation: Once the order is sent to production, we can no longer cancel your order. That typically takes a 2 to 24 hours from the time you place your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible to determine whether we can cancel It. We are not responsible for wrong address entered in order. Please double check the ordering address to ensure you receive your order.
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me right away. Any issues reported 90 days passed the order date may not be on record and I am unable to investigate and resolve the issue.


Returns / Exchanges: Since all orders are custom made, return or exchanges are not supported for orders that are wrong size, color, or simply not wanted. If you are unsatisfied with the print quality please take a picture of the product and print and send us a message explaining the problem and we will reach our to our print providers to address the issue. If the poor print quality is valid, we will either send a new product or refund you for the cost.
