How do I hang my wall hanging?
Every order comes with the perfect sized brass nail for hanging. Most designs have an obvious opening for where the nail should be placed. If not, simply poke the head of the nail through the center of the fibers, towards the very top of the ring. All pieces are very lightweight!
What materials are your pieces made out of?
All pieces have a variety of premium materials used that are sourced locally or ordered from within the U.S. Depending on the design, fibers used may consist of wool, cotton, silk, fleece, or acrylic.
Rings are either made of solid brass or solid steel. These rings are thick and exceptional quality. Wooden rods are a solid hardwood and are sanded by hand.
Most fibers are natural and some are more delicate than others. Each piece is meticulously made to last, however, they should still be handled with care. Just as with any art piece - an adjustment here and there is fine, but they should not be played with.
Can I customize a design?
Yes! Custom orders are some of my favorite pieces — they push me to create outside of my box. Most wall hangings can be customized with dozens of color choices. Some fibers are made to fit certain size rings, but the options are really endless in most cases. Send me a message and I’ll be glad to create your vision.
