Desde entonces, y con décadas de experiencia dentro de la industria inmobiliaria, se hizo evidente con qué frecuencia me pedían consejo sobre cómo comprar o alquilar una propiedad y si las decisiones que tomaban quienes pasaban por el proceso eran las correctas. Al final del día, ¿cómo se supone que lo vas a saber? No existe ninguna materia en la escuela que enseñe este proceso, y el mercado actual puede ser muy diferente de cuando quienes le aconsejaban trajeron sus propiedades; en resumen, ¡es difícil encontrar asesoramiento confiable!
La agencia inmobiliaria y su representación de vendedores se han establecido desde hace mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, hay poco apoyo, orientación y recursos disponibles para el comprador, especialmente cuando compra por primera vez. Además, cualquier información que pueda ayudar a un comprador durante todo el proceso suele estar diluida, poco clara y confusa. Esto me llevó a pensar: debe haber una solución sencilla para este problema común. De ahí… ¡nació Privee!
Mi objetivo es ayudar a más personas a subir a la escala inmobiliaria y ofrecer recursos y una red de apoyo para las personas que compran su nueva casa.
Tuve la suerte de contar con la ayuda y el consejo de mi familia. Aun así, contar con herramientas y orientación adicionales (como este Diario de visualización) habría simplificado mucho todo el proceso.

My career in property began when I was 19. I had decided to take the leap and get on the property ladder, which is when I fully realised how little support there is for homebuyers and the high level of pitfalls and stresses that can come with buying a property.
Since then, and with decades of experience within the property industry, it became apparent how often I was asked for advice on how to buy or rent a property and whether the decisions being made by those going through the process were the right ones. At the end of the day, how are you supposed to know? There is no subject at school that teaches this process, and the market today might be very different from when those advising you brought their property – in short, reliable advice is hard to come by!
Estate Agency and its representation of sellers has long been established. However, there is little support, guidance and resources available for the buyer – especially when purchasing for the first time. Moreover, any information that could assist a buyer throughout the process is often diluted, unclear and confusing. This led me to think - there must be a simple solution to this common issue. Hence…Privee was born!
My aim is to help more people to get onto the property ladder and offer the resources and support network for people buying their new home.
I was fortunate enough to have help and advice from family. Even so, having the additional tools and guidance (such as this Viewing Diary) would have made the whole process much simpler.
