She helped guide me through the process of putting together a great portrait for my friend and her fur babies that fit their personality well. The end product was fantastic. My friend said that her pet portrait looks just like her pets and that it's so good it almost looks like a photo! If you're looking for a pet portrait, look no further.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to make?
• All pieces are custom made and generally take 3-4 weeks to produce.
• Orders are normally fulfilled in the order they were received.
• Work on your order will begin after the payment clears.
• Please message me for current turnaround times.
• If you need something rushed, send me a message and I'll see what we can do!
How long does shipping take?
• All orders include FREE USPS Priority mail shipping.
• Packages are insured and you will get a tracking number.
• Upon completion of your piece, please allow 1-2 days for handling and 2-3 days for Priority shipping.
Do you accept returns?
• I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the painting is started, since each order is custom made of your pet.
• Please contact me immediately (no later than 3 days from delivery) if your item arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied with your order.
Is my dog a good dog?
Yes, (s)he's probably a good dog.
What legal information do I need to know?
All artwork is copyright Ane Jens. Buyer is purchasing only the physical artwork, not a license to reproduce or display* the art. Buyer explicitly authorizes the Seller to use submitted photographs and other items as source material for the artwork. Buyer represents that they are legally entitled to grant the above. Please contact the seller if you have any questions.
*In layman's terms, this does not prohibit you from enjoying the artwork in a private setting, like your home.
How do gift certificates work?
• Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Gift certificates are digital and are e-mailed to you, to either print out or forward to the recipient.
• Gift certificates are available for any amount, and can be used as partial or full payment.
How much do you donate to animal shelters?
5% of sales each month will be donated to an animal shelter or rescue group in the state we are traveling in at that time. Follow us on IG or FB to see where the money goes!
