We accept all major credit cards via "direct checkout", PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards. Please note that if payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled and the item(s) re-listed.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted , a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned in perfect condition.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made. If you have made a mistake (spelling, date etc.) when ordering a personalised item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to correct the order.

UK delivery is by First Class Royal Mail however if you wish to upgrade your order to Next Day Delivery then shipping upgrades are available at checkout. International delivery is by Airmail unless upgraded to International Tracked at the checkout.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery in the UK,and 10-15 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.

As we battle COVID-19 please bare in mind orders may arrive a little later than usual due to the strains postal services face during this time.

Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
