The studs are perfect. In fact, they're even more beautiful than I imagined, and I can't wait to wear them to my cousin's wedding this weekend. Thanks for working with me on this custom job, asking just the right amount of questions. A quality job all the way around.

A thousand apologies for the delay. This parasol is MAGNIFICENT!! And the seller was a JOY to work with. She created the parasol of my dreams, in time for my big event. I couldn't be happier with it, or her. I HIGHLY recommend this artist!!!!

Thanks for stopping my new shop! I am a new seller, who has been crafting compulsively for decades. I just love making jewelry, hats, recovering antique parasol frames... All items are hand made, in my non-smoking home studio, in which also lives a feline. Almost all items are one of a kind (e.g., all but a few basic designs of hat pins or cuff links). I also have a mad scientist job, so I will appreciate your patience with me as I get this off the ground, and your understanding that I typically will be shipping only once a week.

Accepted payment methods

I prefer PayPal, but will take personal checks. If using checks, please convo me, and note that I won’t ship until the check has cleared. Massachusetts residents are to pay state tax. I reserve the right to relist items not paid for in full after five days, unless you have contacted me for special arrangements.
Please note that I can only promise to ship weekly at this time, Saturdays, USPS (I may ship more rapidly if my day job allows). So if you need something in a hurry, please inquire *before* you buy.
I prefer reusing boxes packaging materials whenever possible, to minimize my environmental impact and save you on costs (I do not charge a handling fee). However, earrings and other “wearables” will be in new cotton-lined boxes even if the outer box is reused. I will gladly combine purchases. Shipping prices are estimates, if I overcharged you by a dollar or more, I will refund the difference. If you wish to add insurance, please tell me; otherwise, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after I drop them off at the post office.

International shipping: please inquire.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know so we can work something out. Generally, items are only returnable in the unlikely event they are misrepresented or defective, or if we made an agreement beforehand (e.g., gift items may be sealed and returned under some circumstances). You'd probably be glad to know no-one else tried on your earrings before you got them, too!
Additional policies and FAQs
I'll be happy to include personalized gift wrapping for a small fee to cover materials, please inquire. I take custom orders when time allows, but no rush orders. No return on custom orders. Feel free to ask, and I'll let you know if it's feasible.

My items are not intended for children unless stated. Some contain leaded crystal beads or vintage beads/findings, so I cannot always guarantee they are lead-free, although I do make it a priority for non-vintage supplies. If this is important to you, please ask and I’ll do my best to answer on a specific item.
